How Should I prepare for our appointment?
Please have clean dry hair free from heavy conditioners or hair masks. If receiving a blow out, have towel dried hair. Have a makeup free face (lightly moisturized is ok). I have all your skincare needs.
How do I prep my skin leading up to the wedding day?
Beautiful makeup starts with beautiful skin. Professional facials and a good home care ritual are the key to having the best and brightest skin on your wedding day. If you are local to Missoula please come see me at Thesis Skincare to begin your bridal beauty journey. There I can cater your treatment to your skin's needs. If Montana is a destination for you, I can recommend products and treatment leading up to your date. I can also see you for relaxing facial the week of your wedding!
What can I expect from our bridal preview appointment?
During a preview we get to know each other and discuss the vibe of your wedding and your beauty visions, and if you don’t have a vision we will create one together. I will execute your look while having an open conversation to achieve a look that celebrates your unique beauty. This appointment is 3 hours for both hair and makeup.
What if I forgo a bridal preview?
I recommend a preview appointment as it gives you an assured feeling that you will be in the upmost comfort on your wedding day. However I know that doing a preview may not be always possible nor required to get the job done. In lieu of an in person meeting we will have a phone or zoom consultation to discuss your beauty desires and concerns as well as any notes you might have on your bridal party.
Do you beautify large wedding parties by yourself ?
My services are bridal focused and my energy will go towards creating a unique and custom experience by offering: THE BLESSED BRIDE.
My focus is to provide a grounding and sumptuous pre-wedding ritual and the “ultimate wedding day skin prep” experience before we move into hair and makeup. If you decide you don’t want the ritual portion, I extend my services to the groom or 2 services to 1 VIP or 1 service each to two VIPS
For Bridal Party services, I contract additional support from amazing artists in my network to accommodate the requested service total. Each artist can do up to 6 services with a minimum of 4.
How should I plan my wedding day timeline for Beauty services?
On the morning of, I will arrive 30 min before the start time to settle in and set up my station. To determine the "start” time, I count backwards from your "makeup completion" time, which tends to be determined with the help of your photographer or wedding planner.
For brides, I ask for 2.5 hours for hair and makeup. Add one more hour for The Blessed Bride.
For any additional services, please allow 1 hour per service. Hair and Makeup = 2 services. I find that a 1 hour window makes for a relaxed time frame and provides a cushion in case of late arrivals (up to 15 mins).
I’m still figuring out if my party wants H&MU— can I book with an estimated headcount?
If you have a bridal party that wants services, I request a minimum headcount of 4 at the time of booking. Since I do hire an assistant to support the services (based on their availability), I must plan accordingly and therefore cannot take away from the headcount agreed on the signed contract.
I am happy to add additional services to the headcount as your party takes time to decide. Please if your headcount reaches 6 or more, please inform me as soon as possible so I can check a 2nd artists’ availability.
Policies
Deposit:
A 30% non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract are required to secure your wedding date. Please be advised, dates and scheduled appointments will only be reserved when a signed service agreement and deposit are received. All booking is first come, first serve.
Requesting additional services after a signed contract:
Client is responsible for the number of services booked in the service agreement. I cannot guarantee availability for additions but will happily accommodate them if time allows. There is the possibility to add services if the artist hired can accommodate more, but we cannot remove services.
Travel:
A travel fee of 0.75 cents/mile each way outside of Missoula, MT will be applied. Available for out of state travel. Please inquire for a custom quote.
Early Arrival & Parking:
A $50 fee for a start time before 8:00 am will be added to the final amount due. If the destination is more than 2 hours with an early start time, lodging is requested. For hotel appointments, valet or parking fees are added on the day of service.
Payment:
The final balance is due one week prior to the event date. The person responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person who has signed the contract. Payments can be made by credit card via Honeybook or by Square.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 1 month prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible for 50% of the due balance. I hold this policy as I turn away other inquiries and might not be able to fill said date in any shorter of notice.

Health Protocol
I am taking the necessary precautions to keep my clients and myself safe. As always, I am upholding the highest level of sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe experience and I wear a mask while working closely on your face.
Please be advised to the structure in which makeup and hair services are completed in order to ensure safety both for client and artist:
-All services will be completed in a ventilated room with access to fresh air, no smaller than 12’x12 ft.
-Please keep the number of people in the room to a minimum.
-If a client is having symptoms of cold or flu please do not keep your hair or makeup appointment.
-If a late cancellation occurs, 50% of the service rate due will be paid.
